Opinion
Case Nos. SC03-151, SC03-1006, SC03-1558, SC04-449.
January 9, 2006.
Lower Tribunal Nos. 2002-30,906(07B), 2002-31,564(07B), 2002-31,944(07B), 2003-30,244(07B), 2003-30,541(07B), 2003-30,886(07B).
The referee filed reports in these four cases finding respondent, Hans Charles Feige, guilty of numerous violations of the Rules Regulating the Florida Bar and recommending respondent's suspension from the practice of law. This Court now determines that respondent should be suspended from the practice of law until further order of this Court.
IT IS ORDERED that respondent is suspended from the practice of law pending further action by this Court. The suspension shall become effective thirty (30) days from the date of this order so that respondent can close out his practice and protect the interests of existing clients. If respondent notifies this Court in writing that he is no longer practicing and does not need the thirty days to protect existing clients, this Court will enter an order making the suspension effective immediately.
Not final until time expires to file motion for rehearing, and if filed, determined.
The filing of a motion for rehearing shall not alter the effective date of this suspension.
