The uncontested report of the referee is approved and Respondents and any employees or persons acting in concert with Respondents are permanently and perpetually enjoined from engaging in the practice of law in the State of Florida as specified in the stipulation.

The Florida Bar having filed a Notice of Voluntary Dismissal Without Prejudice as to Respondent Stephen B. White, respondent White has been removed as a party to this action.

Judgment is entered for The Florida Bar, 651 East Jefferson Street, Tallahassee, Florida 32399-2300, for recovery of costs from respondents, American Family Estate Services, Inc., Stanley Norman, Kevin Stanger, and Michael Pappas, jointly and severally, in the amount of $1,738.18, for which sum let execution issue.

Not final until time expires to file motion for rehearing and, if filed, determined.
