The petitioner's emergency petition for writ is denied. Cf. Eubanks v. Agner, 636 So.2d 596 (Fla. 1st DCA 1994) (entertaining and granting a petition for writ of prohibition after the trial court had issued an order to show cause why the petitioner should not be held in contempt).
