THE FLORIDA BAR, Complainant(s) v. Miquell MACK, Respondent(s).


The conditional guilty plea and consent judgment for discipline are approved and the Court hereby reprimands respondent. Respondent is further directed to comply with all other terms and conditions set forth in the consent judgment.

Miquell Mack shall engage in mediation with Robert Burke, Nancy Burke and Jennifer Burke, within six months from this Court's order, to resolve the amount of restitution respondent shall make to Robert Burke, Nancy Burke and Jennifer Burke. Respondent shall fully comply with any mediation agreement within the time frames set forth in said agreement.

Judgment is entered for The Florida Bar, 651 East Jefferson Street, Tallahassee, Florida 32399–2300, for recovery of costs from Miquell Mack in the amount of $1,250.00, for which sum let execution issue.
