Opinion

CASE NO. 2215 CRB-8-94-11

DECEMBER 21, 1994

ORDER OF DISMISSAL

Respondent-employer filed a Petition for Review from the trial commissioner's November 10, 1994 Informal Disfigurement Evaluation granting the claimant ten (10) weeks of compensation for scarring to her right master hand and wrist and right master forearm.

Since there is no written or printed record of the proceedings before the trial commissioner, the Compensation Review Board cannot properly consider this appeal in accordance with § 31-301 and Administrative Regulation § 31-301-1. See, Vasseur v. Konica Business Machines, 10 Conn. Workers' Comp. Rev. Op. 228, 1467 CRB-1-92-7 (1993), and cases cited therein.

Therefore, the appeal is dismissed.

Jesse M. Frankl, Chairman Compensation Review Board Workers' Compensation Commission
