Petitioner-appellant having moved to vacate the dismissal of the appeal (denominated a motion for an extension of time to perfect) taken herein from an order of the Family Court, Ontario County, entered in the Office of the Clerk of said Court on February 21, 2013,

Now, upon reading and filing the statement of Jutta Fisher, dated January 22, 2014, and the notice of motion with proof of service thereof, and due deliberation having been had thereon,

It is hereby ORDERED that the motion is denied (see Matter of Chautauqua County Dept. of Social Services. v Rita M.S., 94 AD3d 1509; Matter of Reaves v Jones, 110 AD3d 1276; Matter of Taurins v Taurins, 108 AD3d 723).
