Order entered dismissing exceptions by defendants to sheriff's sale, exceptions by defendants to schedule of distribution and petition by defendants to set aside sheriff's sale, order by HONEYMAN, J. Defendants appealed. Appeal, No. 1000, Oct. T., 1976, from Court of Common Pleas of Montgomery County, Oct. T., 1973, No. 73-12348. Argued June 22, 1976.

Bruce Bonaventure, in propria persona, with him Shephen J. Folkman, for appellants; Dean B. Stewart, Jr., and Paul A. Davis, submitted a brief for appellee.


Order affirmed.
