ORDER
This matter is before us on remand from our Supreme Court, Finn v William Beaumont Hospital, Mich(September 6, 2022, Docket No. 163606). On reconsideration, the Court orders, pursuant to MCR 7.205(E)(2), that the June 4, 2021 order of the Oakland Circuit Court is VACATED. The matter is REMANDED to the trial court for it to consider Meyers v Rieck, Mich;N.W.2d (Docket No. 162094, issued July 7, 2022). On remand, the trial court is directed to permit the parties to file supplemental briefs.
The motions to strike and to expand the record are DENIED AS MOOT.
The Court retains no further jurisdiction.
