Nov 20, 1973
285 So. 2d 435 (Fla. Dist. Ct. App. 1973)

Opinion

No. S-131.

November 20, 1973.

Appeal from Felony Court of Record, Volusia County; Uriel Blount, Jr., Judge.

Robert P. Miller, Public Defender, for appellant.

Robert L. Shevin, Atty. Gen., and Andrew W. Lindsey, Asst. Atty. Gen., for appellee.

We have reviewed the record on appeal and the briefs filed herein, the appellant having failed to file his brief in proper person within the thirty days allowed by this Court. Upon our consideration thereof, we conclude that appellant has failed to demonstrate that reversible error was committed in the trial court. Accordingly, the judgment appealed herein is affirmed.

WIGGINTON, Acting C.J., and JOHNSON and SPECTOR, JJ., concur.
