These cases are currently calendared for trial at the remote Session of the Court commencing on February 27, 2023. On February 16, 2023, respondent's counsel contacted the chambers of the undersigned Judge requesting that the Court calendar the case for trial at a date and time certain. Respondent's counsel also mentioned that after the First Stipulation of Facts was filed on February 10, 2023, the parties' counsel noticed that some required redactions in the exhibits attached to the First Stipulation of Facts were not made. Upon due consideration, it is hereby
ORDERED that the parties' First Stipulation of Facts, filed February 10, 2023, and referenced as docket entry number 27 in Docket No. 24390-21 and docket entry number 25 in Docket No. 33340-21, is stricken from the Court's record. It is further
ORDERED that this case is calendared for trial (to be conducted remotely) at a date and time certain on Wednesday, March 1, 2023, at 9:00 a.m. (EST) during the February 27, 2023, remote Trial Session of the Court. The parties are excused from appearing at the calendar call of this Session commencing at 1:00 p.m. (EST) on February 27, 2023. All witnesses shall be present and testify to facts that are not stipulated.
The parties shall refer to the Notice of Remote Proceedings served on October 19, 2022, for the Zoomgov Meeting ID and Passcode.
This Order constitutes official notice thereof to the parties.
