MOTION FOR ENLARGEMENT OF TIME TO FILE RESPONSE OF PLAINTIFFS TO DEFENDANT'S MOTION FOR ATTORNEYS FEES

Plaintiffs, Richard Fillmore, et al., respectfully requests this Court for an extension of time until March 22, 2004, to file Plaintiffs' response to the defendant's Motion for attorneys' fees. As grounds for this Motion, Plaintiffs' state that an offer has been made to the Plaintiffs by the Defendant to resolve this issue. In order for the Plaintiffs to properly evaluate this offer, additional time is needed to allow Plaintiffs and attorneys to evaluate the offer. Counsel for the Defendant has been contacted regarding this request.

WHEREFORE, Plaintiffs, Richard H. Fillmore, et al., request this court for an Order granting them until March 22, 2004, to respond to the Defendant's Motion for Attorneys' Fees.

Motion is granted.
