The district clerk filed a supplemental clerk's record on August, 17, 2023; however, the clerk's record for this appeal remains incomplete because it does not contain a copy of the trial court's judgment. We ORDER Felicia Pitre, Dallas County District Clerk, to file within FIFTEEN DAYS of the date of this order either (1) a supplemental clerk's record containing the trial court's judgment or (2) a written statement that the trial court's judgment in this appeal has not been filed with the district clerk.
We DIRECT the Clerk to send copies of this order to the Honorable Jennifer Bennett, Presiding Judge, 265th Judicial District Court; Felicia Pitre, Dallas County District Clerk; and counsel for all parties.
