MARRIAGE, § 3validity of marriage of 18-year-old male. Marriage of a male person between ages of 18 and 21 years, even without consent of his parents, is valid; hence decree of annulment of marriage under complaint alleging merely that plaintiff was only 18 years of age at time of marriage was unauthorized.

Appeal from the Superior Court of Cook county; the Hon. JOSEPH SABATH, Judge, presiding.

Reversed. Heard in the first division, first district, this court at the June term, 1949.
