JUDGMENTS, § 5.1when rendering of summary judgment against directors of corporation is error. In action by judgment creditor of foreign corporation against directors of such corporation to hold them liable, by reason of certain of their acts, to judgment creditor for amount of judgment, held that, under circumstances, trial court's rendering of summary judgment for plaintiff was error.

Appeal from Superior Court of Cook county; HON. WILLIAM J. LINDSAY, presiding.

Judgment reversed, and cause remanded with directions. Heard in second division, first district, this court at October term, 1941.
