EX PARTE RODNEY EUGENE STARCHER

On Appeal from the 284th District Court Montgomery County, Texas
Trial Cause No. 96-02-00139-CR

MEMORANDUM OPINION

Rodney Eugene Starcher filed a notice of appeal from the denial of his application for a writ of habeas corpus for relief from custody pursuant to a final felony conviction. We questioned our jurisdiction. Starcher filed a response but failed to articulate a valid basis for jurisdiction in that response. The Court of Criminal Appeals has exclusive jurisdiction. Ex parte Williams, 239 S.W.3d 859, 861-62 (Tex. App.—Austin 2007, no pet.). The appeal is dismissed.

APPEAL DISMISSED.
