The Court GRANTS District Clerk's first motion for extension of time within which to file the Clerk's Record until November 27, 2023. NO FURTHER MOTIONS FOR EXTENSION OF TIME TO FILE THE CLERK'S RECORD WILL BE CONSIDERED BY THIS COURT.
It is further ORDERED that Rick Alvarado, District Clerk of Kinney County, Texas, prepare the Clerk's Record and forward the same to this Court on or before November 27, 2023.
