The State's brief was originally due July 5, 2023. We granted the State's first motion for extension of time, extending the deadline for filing the brief to July 25, 2023. On July 27, 2023, the State filed a letter seeking an additional extension of time, and we issued an order extending the deadline to file the State's brief until August 11, 2023.
On August 21, 2023, the State filed its brief contemporaneously with a motion for extension of time to file the brief. After consideration, we GRANT the motion and deem the State's brief timely filed.
