PER CURIAM
On August 23, 2023 appellant Jesus Alfredo Garcia Castillo filed Appellant's Emergency Motion for Temporary Stay of Trial Court Proceedings seeking to stay all trial court proceedings in Kinney County Court at Law Cause No. 10574CR pending resolution of this appeal.
After consideration, we grant the motion. We order all trial court proceedings in Kinney County Court at Law Cause No. 10574CR stayed pending final resolution of this appeal.
