ORDER

Alina I. Marshall, Judge.

This case is calendared for an in-person trial at the session of the Court scheduled to commence on February 13, 2023, in Baltimore, Maryland.

On January 20, 2023, the parties filed a status report. On January 25, 2023, the Court conducted a conference call with the parties, during which the parties discussed the remaining issues and their ongoing efforts in settling this case. On February 1, 2023, the parties contacted the chambers of the undersigned and stated that the parties have been successfully working together and that they believe that this case is susceptible to settlement. Additionally, the parties requested additional time to review documentation and to prepare, sign, and file a proposed stipulated decision.

Accordingly, it is

ORDERED that this case is stricken from the Court's February 13, 2023, Baltimore, Maryland, trial session and is continued. It is further

ORDERED that, on or before April 3, 2023, the parties shall file a signed proposed stipulated decision or a joint status report reflecting the then-present status of this case. It is further

ORDERED that jurisdiction is retained by the undersigned.
