JAROL ANTONIO ESCALANTELOPEZ, Appellant v. THE STATE OF TEXAS, Appellee

On Appeal from the Criminal District Court No. 2 Dallas County, Texas Trial Court Cause No. F22-75478-I

ORDER

ROBERT D. BURNS, III CHIEF JUSTICE

The clerk's record is overdue. The record was originally due May 2, 2023. On May 4, 2023, we notified the district clerk by postcard that the clerk's record was overdue, and we directed the district clerk to file the clerk's record within thirty days. As of the date of this order, the clerk's record has not been filed.

We ORDER Felicia Pitre, Dallas County District Clerk, to file the clerk's record for this appeal on or before JUNE 23, 2023. If the clerk's record is not filed by that date, the Court may abate the appeal for the trial court to make findings regarding why the clerk's record has not been filed.

We DIRECT the Clerk to send copies of this order to Felicia Pitre, Dallas County District Clerk, and counsel for all parties.
