DIVORCE, § 154.1sufficiency of record as to orders and findings in decree. Record sustained wife's divorce decree, which found that parties were joint tenants and equal owners of certain real property, ordered private sale between parties to party making better bid with proceeds to be divided equally, found that wife was not entitled to alimony nor share of husband's separate property, and allowed $200 attorney's fees to wife from husband's share of proceeds of sale.

Appeal from the Superior Court of Cook county; the Hon. PETER H. SCHWABA, Judge, presiding.

Affirmed. Heard in the third division, first district, this court at the February term, 1947.
