CONTEMPT, § 15attorney withholding client's money. Where attorney who had procured divorce for client subsequently collected part of money owing in lieu of alimony and attempted to retain part of it as fees for such services, without order of court, attorney was properly committed for contempt for refusal to turn such money over to client.

Appeal from Circuit Court of Cook county; Hon. JOHN J. LUPE, presiding.

Affirmed. Heard in first division, first district, this court at October term, 1939.
