The reporter's record is overdue. The reporter's record was originally due April 15, 2023. On June 8, 2023, Kristin McDowell, the official court reporter for County Court of Criminal Appeals No. 2 notified this Court that the court reporter in this case was Vicki Tuck. On June 13, 2023, this Court notified Ms. Tuck that the reporter's record was due June 22, 2023. As of the date of this order, the reporter's record has not been filed, and Ms. Tuck has not communicated with the Court concerning this appeal.
We ORDER court reporter Vicki Tuck to file the reporter's record for this case on or before SEPTEMBER 6, 2023. We caution Ms. Tuck that if the reporter's record is not filed by September 6, 2023, the Court may use whatever remedies it has available, which may include ordering that Ms. Tuck not sit as a court reporter until she files the complete reporter's record in this appeal.
We DIRECT the Clerk to send copies of this order to Vicki Tuck, Court Reporter; Kristin McDowell, Official Court Reporter for County Court of Criminal Appeals No. 2; and counsel for all parties.
