Douglas T. Edwards' petition for writ of certiorari is hereby stricken. See Edwards v. State, 96 So.3d 1154 (Fla. 3d DCA 2012) (directing the clerk of this Court to refuse to accept for filing any further appeals, pleadings, motions, petitions or other papers relating to Edwards' conviction and sentence in lower tribunal number 94–21946 unless they are filed and signed by a member in good standing of the Florida Bar). Although Petitioner initially purported to seek relief before the trial court in a single pleading listing four separate case numbers (including 94–21946) the trial court's order concludes, and a review of the record confirms, that in fact the central allegations in Edwards' motion below (and in this petition) relate to case number 94–21946.
Petitioner is cautioned that further pro se filings in contravention of this Court's prior order will result in sanctions, which may include the issuance of written findings forwarded to the Florida Department of Corrections for its consideration of disciplinary action, including the forfeiture of gain time. See § 944.279(1), Fla. Stat. (2012).
Petition stricken.
