Dec 1, 1988
73 N.Y.2d 807 (N.Y. 1988)

Opinion

Submitted August 15, 1988

Decided December 1, 1988

Motion for leave to appeal from so much of the Appellate Division order as dismissed the complaint as against respondent Converse Ward David Dixon denied; motion otherwise dismissed upon the ground that the order insofar as it dismissed the complaint as against respondents Charles T.
