JEFFREY DUROCHER, Petitioner v. COMMISSIONER OF INTERNAL REVENUE, Respondent

ORDER

Kathleen Kerrigan Chief Judge

On August 7, 2023, petitioner filed an Application for Waiver of Filing Fee. However, that application is incomplete: Petitioner has checked the "Yes" box indicating that he receives income from salary or wages but has not listed the amount received per month, as required by the application form. Additionally, petitioner has checked the "Yes" box indicating that he has cash or checking or savings accounts but has not listed the total amount, as also required by the application form.

Because petitioner has not established that he lacks the ability to pay the Court's $60.00 filing fee, it is

ORDERED that petitioner's Application for Waiver of Filing Fee is denied. It is further

ORDERED that that the time within which petitioner shall pay the Court's filing fee of $60.00 is hereby extended to September 15, 2023. Information regarding payment of the filing fee is available at https://ustaxcourt.gov/pay_filing_fee.html. Failure to pay the filing fee by the foregoing date may result in the dismissal of this case.
