On the Court's own motion, we ORDER Deputy Court Reporter Sue Ann Toney to file, on or before April 26, 2023, a supplemental reporter's record containing either (1) the "Sworn Affidavit of Alexus Necol Dupre" that was admitted as Defendant's Exhibit 2 at the July 21, 2022 motion for new trial hearing or (2) written verification that such document does not exist.
Defendant's Exhibit 2 contained in volume 5 of the Reporter's Record is Defendant's Motion for New Trial.
We DIRECT the Clerk of this Court to send a copy of this order to Ms. Toney; Linda Maddox, Official Court Reporter for the 382nd Judicial District Court; and, all parties.
