Before BELL, C. J., MUSMANNO, JONES, COHEN, EAGEN, O'BRIEN and ROBERTS, JJ.

Appeal, No. 85, May T., 1967, from order of Superior Court, March T., 1967, No. 21, affirming order of Pennsylvania Public Utility Commission, No. 92171, in case of Charles S. Dunk and Bella M. Dunk v. Pennsylvania Public Utility Commission and Philadelphia Electric Company. Order of Superior Court vacated and record remitted to Superior Court for reargument and opinion.

Same case in Superior Court: 208 Pa. Super. 766.

Appeal by property owners to Superior Court from order of Pennsylvania Public Utility Commission issuing certificate of public convenience to Philadelphia Electric Company.

Order affirmed by Superior Court. Petition for allowance of appeal granted by Supreme Court.
