In the Interest of: D.S.T., Appellant, v. JUVENILE OFFICER, Respondent.

Michael K. Hill, Kansas City, for Appellant. Mack M. Wallach, Columbia; Ryan F. Kaiser, Kansas City, for Respondent.

APPEAL FROM THE CIRCUIT COURT OF BOONE COUNTY, THE HONORABLE TRACY Z. GONZALEZ, JUDGE

Michael K. Hill, Kansas City, for Appellant.

Mack M. Wallach, Columbia; Ryan F. Kaiser, Kansas City, for Respondent.

BEFORE DIVISION THREE: MARK D. PFEIFFER, PRESIDING JUDGE, LISA WHITE HARDWICK, JUDGE, AND W. DOUGLAS THOMSON, JUDGE

ORDER

Per Curiam

D.S.T. appeals from the order dismissing the juvenile petition filed against him, transferring the case to a court of general jurisdiction, and certifying him to be criminally prosecuted as an adult. Upon thorough review of the briefs and the record, we find no error and affirm the order. We have provided the parties with a Memorandum explaining the reasons for the decision, because a published opinion would have no precedential value.

AFFIRMED. Rule 84.16(b).
