Appeals, Nos. 19 and 20, March T., 1969, from judgments of Court of Common Pleas of Allegheny County, July T., 1962, No. 1793, in case of Oreatha Y. Drain, administratrix of estate of Charles J. Drain, deceased, v. South Pittsburgh Water Company et al. Judgments affirmed.

Trespass for wrongful death and survival action. Before FIOK, J.

Verdict for plaintiff against defendants and judgment entered thereon. Defendant appealed.
