ORDERED that petitioners' above-referenced motion is recharacterized as a Motion for Leave to File Under Seal Response to Order Dated March 28, 2024. It is further

ORDERED that, pursuant to Rule 345(b), Tax Court Rules of Practice and Procedure, petitioner's Motion for Leave to File Under Seal Response to Order Dated March 28, 2024, is granted and petitioners' Response to Order Dated March 28, 2024, lodged April 11, 2024, shall be filed under seal as of the date of service of this Order. It is further
