On January 10, 2024, respondent filed a Notice of Proceeding in Bankruptcy (Doc. 11). The Notice stated that on December 31, 2023, petitioner Scot G. Doyen filed a petition under 11 U.S.C. Chapter 7 with the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Southern District of Texas. The Notice further stated that on December 31, 2023, petitioner Lora L. Willette Doyen filed a petition under 11 U.S.C. Chapter 13 with the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Southern District of Texas.

On August 28, 2024, the parties filed a Proposed Stipulated Decision (Doc. 15). To ensure that the Court may enter the Proposed Stipulated Decision filed in this case on August 28, 2024, it is hereby

ORDERED that, on or before September 24, 2024, the parties shall file with the Court either a joint report (or, if that is not expedient, then separate reports) describing the status of the related bankruptcy case. It is further

ORDERED that action on the parties' Proposed Stipulated Decision shall be held in abeyance pending further direction by the Court.
