No. 87-1168.
August 16, 1988.
An Appeal from the Circuit Court for Monroe County; Richard J. Fowler, Judge.
Bennett H. Brummer, Public Defender, and Thomas G. Murray, Asst. Public Defender, for appellant.
Robert A. Butterworth, Atty. Gen., and Charles M. Fahlbusch, Asst. Atty. Gen., for appellee.
Before BARKDULL, BASKIN and FERGUSON, JJ.
The state concedes that a remand for resentencing within the guidelines is required where, as here, the trial court has failed to set forth reasons for deviating from the sentencing guidelines. State v. Jackson, 478 So.2d 1054 (Fla. 1985).
Reversed and remanded.
