By order of June 11, 2021, the application for leave to appeal the January 27, 2021 order of the Court of Appeals was held in abeyance pending the decision in Doster v Covenant Med Ctr, Inc (Docket No. 162332-3). On order of the Court, the case having been decided on March 30, 2022, ––– Mich ––––, 971 N.W.2d 605 (2022), the application is again considered, and it is DENIED, because we are not persuaded that the question presented should be reviewed by this Court.
