Appeal, No. 15, March T., 1941, from judgment of Superior Court, April T., 1940, No. 273, affirming order of C. P. Allegheny Co., April T., 1940, No. 194, in case of John McB. Donaldson, now to use of Alexander J. Bielski, v. Anastasia Bielski. Judgment affirmed.

Petition by junior creditor to set aside judgment as invalid. Before GARDNER, J.

The facts are stated in the opinion of the Superior Court, reported in 141 Pa. Super. 320.

Order entered reducing amount of judgment of use-plaintiff. Use-plaintiff appealed to the Superior Court, which affirmed the order of the court below. Appeal by use-plaintiff to Supreme Court allowed.

Errors assigned related to the action of the Superior Court in not sustaining the various assignments of error to the judgment of the court below.
