189th District Court of Harris County Trial court case number: 2021-57207

ORDER

SHERRY RADACK JUDGE

On March 15, 2022, appellant filed a motion to reconsider our March 15, 2022 order in which we denied appellant's motion for extension to file its brief as moot. Within its motion to reconsider, appellant explained that no reporter's record will be filed. Because the appellate record appears complete, we grant appellant's motion to reconsider, and we withdraw our March 15, 2022 order. We further grant, in part, appellant's March 8, 2022 motion for extension of time to file its brief. Accordingly, we order the following:

Appellant's brief is ORDERED to be filed no later than April 11, 2022. See Tex. R. App. P. 38.6(a).

Appellee's brief, if any, is ORDERED to be filed within 20 days of the filing of appellant's brief. See Tex. R. App. P. 38.6(b).

It is so ORDERED.
