THE FOLLOWING CASES ON THE LEAVE TO APPEAL DOCKET WERE DISPOSED OF AS INDICATED:
In the exercise of this Court's supervisory authority, the Appellate Court, Fifth District, is directed to vacate its judgment in Nonn v. Fletcher, case No. 5-01-0366 (12/16/02), affirming the denial of defendants' motion to transfer to Macon County on the basis of forum non conveniens. The appellate court is directed to remand the matter to the Circuit Court of St. Clair County with directions that the circuit court grant defendants' motion to transfer to Macon County and order the transfer of the matter to Macon County forthwith.
