        Petition for leave to appeal denied.

        In the exercise of this Court's supervisory jurisdiction, the judgment of the Appellate Court, Fifth District, in Shaffer v. CSX Transportation, Inc., 224 Ill.App.3d 769, 167 Ill.Dec. 546, 587 N.E.2d 1161, is vacated. The order of the Circuit Court of St. Clair County in case No. 89L100 denying the motion to transfer venue under the doctrine of forum non conveniens is vacated. This cause is remanded to the Circuit Court of St. Clair County with directions to allow the motion to transfer under the doctrine of forum non conveniens.
