It is ordered by this court, sua sponte, that Michelle Lynn DeMasi, Attorney Registration No. 0078628, last known business address in Morgantown, West Virginia, is found in contempt for failure to comply with this court's order of August 4, 2016, to wit: failure to file an affidavit of compliance on or before September 6, 2016.
