On September 8, 2023, the Court received from the parties in the above-docketed matter a Proposed Stipulated Decision resolving this litigation. However, with respect to petitioner Gina Difoggio, the name on the signature block of the proposed decision does not match that shown in the caption. Consequently, the Court is unable to process the parties' Proposed Stipulated Decision.
Accordingly, upon due consideration, it is
ORDERED that the above-described Proposed Stipulated Decision is hereby deemed stricken from the Court's record in this case.
