We affirm the trial court order denying the defendant's motion for the production of documents from the State Attorney's criminal investigation files, without prejudice to the defendant to make a chapter 119, Florida Statutes (1995), request in the appropriate forum. Roesch v. State, 633 So.2d 1 (Fla. 1993);State v. Kokal, 562 So.2d 324 (Fla. 1990).
