ORDER

ROBERT D. BURNS, III CHIEF JUSTICE

The record was due on June 10, 2022. On June 7, 2022, court reporter Kimberly Tinsley filed a letter with the Court informing us that appellant had not paid for the reporter's record and therefore it would not be filed. On June 10, 2022, the district clerk filed a letter with the Court informing us that appellant had not paid for the clerk's record and it would likewise not be filed until payment was made. On June 15, 2022, appellate counsel filed a document with the Court notifying us that the trial court held a hearing on June 10, 2022 and determined that "Appellant remains indigent" and is entitled to proceed without payment of costs.

We ORDER the clerk's record and the reporter's record filed within THIRTY DAYS of the date of this order.

We DIRECT the Clerk to send copies of this order to the Honorable Angela Tucker, Presiding Judge, 199th Judicial District Court; to LaTresta Ginyard, official court reporter, 199th Judicial District Court; to Kimberly Tinsley, deputy court reporter, 199th Judicial District Court; to Lynne Finley, Collin County District Clerk; and to counsel for all parties.
