Defendants have filed an objection to the Report and Recommendation of Magistrate Judge Fox, dated August 23, 2002, which recommended denial of defendants' motion to vacate this Court's default judgment. Among other issues pending before this Court is whether defendants acted willfully in failing to comply with discovery demands and respond to plaintiff's motion for default. The Court will conduct an evidentiary hearing on this issue on Wednesday, October 16, 2002 at 10:00 a.m.
