The plaintiff's petition for certification to appeal from the Appellate Court, 214 Conn. App. 487, 281 A.3d 12 (2022), is granted, limited to the following issue:

"Did the Appellate Court correctly conclude that the trial court improperly had declined to dismiss the plaintiff's complaint on the ground that the plaintiff's claims were barred by the litigation privilege?"
