Supreme Court — Dismissals — No bill of exceptions filed in Court of Appeals in appeal case.

ERROR to the Court of Appeals of Pike county.

Mr. G.W. Rittenour, for defendant in error.


It is ordered and adjudged that said petition in error be, and the same hereby is, dismissed for the reason that said cause was heard on appeal by the Court of Appeals and no bill of exceptions was allowed and filed in said court as required by law.

Petition in error dismissed.
