Petitioner has filed a petition for writ of mandamus. To the extent petitioner seeks relief against the First District Court of Appeal, the petition is hereby denied. See Huffman v. State, 813 So. 2d 10, 11 (Fla. 2000). To the extent petitioner seeks relief against the circuit court, the petition is hereby denied as successive. See Jenkins v. Wainwright, 332 So. 2d 477, 478 (Fla. 1975).
