An action involving the jurisdiction of county courts to entertain appeals from municipal courts. The county court accepted and exercised jurisdiction in the case at bar.

Affirmed.

1. MUNICIPAL CORPORATIONS — Courts — Appeals. The present action is similar in all respects of Denver v. Bridwell, 122 Colo. 520, and is determined by the decision in that case.

Error to the County Court of the City and County of Denver, Hon. Christian D. Stoner, Judge.

No appearance for defendants in error.


THE instant case presents the same issue which was considered and determined in City and County of Denver v. Bridwell, 122 Colo. 520, 224 P.2d 217; consequently our decision in the latter case is applicable and controlling in the present litigation; accordingly, the judgment is affirmed.
