Opinion filed October 4, 2002

Petition for Writ of Mandamus, A. Thomas Mihok, Respondent Judge.

David Dennis, Florida City, pro se.

No Appearance for Respondent.

The defendant, Davis Dennis', pro se petition for writ of mandamus is denied. Dennis has previously been warned against filing any further pro se pleadings in this case. See Dennis v.
