On September 28, 2023, the Court held a conference call with the parties in this case. In order to give petitioners additional time to provide respondent's counsel with documentation to support their claimed deductions at issue in the Notice of Deficiency, it is

ORDERED that respondent's Motion to Dismiss for Lack of Jurisdiction and to Change Caption, filed September 6, 2023, and respondent's Motion to Dismiss for Lack of Prosecution, filed September 11, 2023, is taken under advisement. It is further

ORDERED that, on the Court's own motion, this case is stricken from the Court's October 2, 2023, Philadelphia, Pennsylvania trial session and continued. It is further

ORDERED that petitioner shall, on or before October 20, 2023, provide any documentation that he has to support his claimed deductions to respondent's counsel. It is further

ORDERED that the parties shall, on or before November 3, 2023, file with the Court a joint report or separate reports as to the then-present status of this case. It is further

ORDERED that jurisdiction is retained by this Division of the Court.
