Argued January 8, 1970. Before BELL, C. J., JONES, COHEN, EAGEN, O'BRIEN, ROBERTS and POMEROY, JJ.

Appeal, No. 24, Jan. T., 1970, from decree of Court of Common Pleas of Montgomery County, Sept. T., 1957, No. 7, in case of Rose M. DeMedio, an incompetent, by Catherine DiNatale, her guardian, v. Samuel W. DeMedio. Decree affirmed.

Equity. Before GROSHENS, P. J.

Adjudication and decree nisi filed requiring defendant to account to and to transfer certain personal property to plaintiff; exceptions filed thereto by defendant dismissed. Defendant appealed.
